I Choose JOY!

Sometimes a song comes into my life and resonates with me. Thank you to “T” who introduced me to this special one. I like to share these types of inspirational songs because they help me and they may help you.

Music can be really healing and I have playlists from all different times in my life. Do you enjoy listening to music or singing to yourself? I find that when I wake up in the mornings, I sometimes have a song playing in my mind. I’ve learned to look up the song and to listen to it because there’s usually a message in it for me.
