Sometimes it’s just a simple mindset change that can invigorate you and change your life in ways that you might not have ever imagined! What’s the key?
Sometimes we put things off because they feel like they are bigger than we can even handle. But there’s a saying…How do you eat an elephant? Answer: In small portions….(mind you, I’m not in favor of elephant eating…it’s just a metaphor!)
But do you understand what I’m saying? Waiting around for life to change isn’t what helps you to get ahead or to accomplish your goals! DOING SOMETHING is what helps you!
Start small if you need to because any type of forward movement begins the journey. What are your goals? You can make a list of what it is you want and then put the steps in that you think you have to take in order to accomplish it. You can make them as big or as small as you need to in the beginning. But what you may find is that as you go along taking your steps, is that you want to take more than one a day! In fact, I’ve found that once I get the ball rolling, I want to keep it up! Momentum breeds forward motion!
Why? Because it’s invigorating to start a new project or work towards a goal when we break it down to small steps and we see progress. If you need someone to walk with you, I’m here!
