Bedtime Help For You!

I have friends who suffered from insomnia. I have had a few sleepless nights due to all that’s going on in this world lately, but I’ve found a helper for those nights when I just can’t fall asleep! Not to be confused with waking up in the middle of the night. That’s a post for another day!

So, I use my Fitbit to remind me that it’s time to turn in. It gently vibrates on my wrist and that’s when I begin. I brush my teeth, put on pjs and then depending on how I’m feeling I’ll either watch some TV (a mindless cooking show works great for me) or I’ll crawl into bed and read for a bit. Either way, I don’t use my phone because I’ve noticed that keeps me up.

If I’m not feeling sleepy, after a bit, then I take DREAM. It’s CBD and Melatonin and it’s my sure-fire way to fall sleep. I put a dropperful under my tongue and then go back to bed. Within 30 minutes, I’m completely relaxed and have drifted off to dreamland!

And here’s the best part! When I take DREAM, my Fitbit sleep number goes up! No kidding! I get better sleep when I take DREAM! There’s proof in the numbers the next morning!
