How To Get Back To Sleep

Do you wake up in the middle of the night and have a hard time falling back to sleep? That happens to me too. It used to happen if I woke up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, but I’ve since cured that little issue with RegenX. (Post to follow in case you’re interested).

But what do you do when you can’t fall back to sleep? I toss and turn and then my brain begins to wander to all sorts of places. Does that happen to you? And then the anxiety starts in because I know I have a full day ahead that I can’t skip and I can’t take care of what I need to when I’m sleep-deprived! It’s a vicious loop that goes on in my head.

But I found something that helps me!! Maybe it can help you too!

I found that getting up and taking a dropperful of CBD Tincture helps me relax again and fall back to sleep. The CBD Tincture allows my body and mind to relax. If I curl up, close my eyes and allow my mind to think peaceful thoughts, it does its job of whisking me off into Lala land!

Or if I’m even more awake, I will give myself a little treat and take a CBD Gummie to sweeten my dreams. LOL. The Gummies taste good and I’ll lay in my bed and slowly chew one (or even two if I need another one). I’ll close my eyes and let the sweet treat take over so that the ‘vision of sugarplums dancing in my head’ can be victorious over my sleeplessness. (Sorry, but it’s the Christmas season and I couldn’t help myself!)

What I like about the CBD products is there are no side effects and I’m also feeding my endocannabinoid system So, I don’t wake up feeling drugged or groggy the next morning when I take the Tincture or the Gummies. I just feel normal and well-rested because I’ve been able to fall back to sleep!

I have friends who take pharmaceuticals to go to sleep, but I don’t like that idea for me. I’d rather something that I can take whenever I need it and not have to be reliant on a pill because it’s not often that it happens to me.
