Here are a good few reasons why you should drink water in the morning! I’ll admit I haven’t always been a water drinker myself, but I’ve started a new good habit in drinking more water and I can feel a change in me!
Sometimes I even add a little squeeze of lemon to help detoxify because I’ve heard that helps! But my favorite easy detox is Navan’s DETOX as it gets the toxins and the heavy metals out! I just squirt a dropperful into my water and it’s done!
