I’ve heard that people will choose the familiar hell over the unknown, even when the unknown could be heavenly. What do you think about that? Looking back over your life, can you see where you stayed because it was familiar? Because perhaps you were frightened of what might occur if you made a change, even if it was for the better?

Well, my dear friends, it’s happened to all of us. It’s one of the life lessons we get over time. Perhaps you haven’t had that lesson yet, but you will. It’s emerging from your shell into a land of the unknown with great possibilities! And it can feel scary. Or it can feel inviting and invigorating.

It’s a mindset change – it’s all about how you perceive the proposed change. Your mind is a powerful resource, but it also needs to be disciplined because when left to its own devices, it can turn into a runaway horse instead of a joyful one!

But how do you do that? Practice. Support. Baby steps. Determination. Making the choice to embrace the changes…and getting a life coach to help you when and if the path feels bumpy. Because we all need support and love and guidance to make those sometimes seemingly herculean efforts to change…but they are well worth it!!!!

However, it is important not to fear change but rather embrace it as an opportunity for growth, learning, and personal development.

    It is important to acknowledge that change can also be challenging and uncomfortable at times. It’s okay to feel a range of emotions during periods of change. However, by adopting a positive mindset, being open to new possibilities, and focusing on personal growth, you can overcome your fears and embrace change as a catalyst for a better, more fulfilling life.
