Detox Your Way To Health

Yesterday I reminded you to drink your water! Today it’s time to get the toxins out and I have a great way to do it! DETOX! One dropper full in your water and you’re all set!

I never thought much about toxins, but I’ve learned so much recently that I thought I’d share! Our bodies are exposed to toxins everywhere and we are like sponges. We pick it all up and then have a tough time releasing them. Drinking water helps a bunch, but we also need something even stronger. Stronger in the sense to help us rid the toxins from our bodies, but not harm our systems.

Toxins hide in everyday items as well. Have you thought about your deodorant?

Shocking, isn’t it? So, how do we Detox our bodies of the bad and Make way For The Good? Zeolites. These molecules act like cages as they travel through our systems picking up the toxins and catching them. Then they are flushed out of our systems because we’re drinking water. What I love is that it requires no additional water consumption than what I’m normally taking in and it doesn’t have a taste. A dropperful in my water and I’m all set.

I have been taking Detox for awhile now and I do notice a difference. If you’re interested in more information on Detoxing your body, reach out and let me know and I’ll give you more of the science behind it.

In the meantime, drink your water and notice the hidden toxins in your life and when you’re ready, let’s Detox them from you!

Have a great day!
