September 1

I love that Hay House has Louse Hay and Dr. Wayne Dyer’s movies for free until September 4th. I posted the link yesterday in case you’re interested and you missed it!

This quote changed my life, so it had to be the first one I shared with you! Ponder this for a moment and then free write what comes to mind!

We can come from many avenues in our thinking. Have you ever had an experience with someone and when you talked about it later, you had two differing views on it? Perhaps one person saw it as a good thing and the other didn’t? Well, we can change the way we look at things.

Life lessons and experiences can help us to grow in so many ways if we allow them. With all of the hardships in our lives that we’ve survived, to view them as growth and to find the blessings in them can be difficult. I’ve found that by processing what we endure, with someone who can help us to find the good, is essential. To find how the experiences helped us to change, to grow and to strengthen ourselves in ways we never thought possible is the key to embracing Joyful Change.

Can you think of a way you can change how you’re looking at a situation, a person, a relationship, and/or an experience in order to grow from it? That’s the key to understanding this life, one baby step at a time!

If you want to share what came to mind when you read this quote, please feel free to comment below.

Happy September!
