September 29

You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind, but you can change yourself.

Jim Rohn

So many times I found myself thinking, “But if (X) didn’t happen, then….” but I have found that this type of thinking only delays my learning curve. Instead now I think, “Ok, adapt and change. Accept, learn and move on.” I can’t change what happens to me, but I can change my mindset, my attitude and work on myself.

Making a Joyful Change in our lives can feel daunting especially if we are on our own. But I have found that having a ‘hand to hold’ makes it easier. I have always thought that I can do anything if someone I trust walks with me along the way. I have been blessed to have many people enter my life in just the right time to help me along my journey. They’ve shown me different ways to think about situations, relationships and to expand my mindset. In turn, I like to help others as well. Passing along tips and adaptions to our everyday lives helps us all.

There’s nothing wrong with you. You have everything you need to make a life that you love. What happens is that we question our intuition because we allow circumstances, people’s opinions and judgments, and our own thoughts of lack to dominate what we know in our hearts. Clear the way today and allow some journal writing to explore your options to make a life you love to live! Expand your horizons and clearly see how it’s all possible!

Happy September!
