September 30

I don’t regret the things I’ve done. I regret the things I didn’t do when I had the chance.

Unknown

How many times have we thought about what we could have done or chosen, but were too afraid to do it? While I don’t regret my choices in this lifetime, I do wish I had been more courageous at times in many ways. But living at peace with my choices, even with hindsight of what it meant, has meant the world to me.

Be curious about the world around you! Say ‘YES’ to opportunities that arise and inspiration that comes to you. We never know where they will take us when we try! We can always change our path if needed. Live with love in your heart. Be grateful. Count your blessings. Enjoy this present moment in your life. Love with your whole heart. Be kind. Choose the high road. Continue to learn about life. Expand your mindset. Connect with people. Connect with yourself. Explore new opportunities. Give yourself the freedom to choose to take a chance.

I don’t want to be on my deathbed with regrets, with words and feelings left unsaid, with a list of opportunities missed because I was afraid. We have this life, right now in which to enjoy and learn and connect. Make it Joyful. So take this opportunity to free write about your regrets (if you have any) and commit to yourself to go forth and live!

Happy September!
