You say you want to be a writer, an author, and get published. But have you written anything? Are you writing and practicing? Journal writing is a great way to keep writing, to get insight to your life and to help yourself in so many ways!

Journaling helps immensely – Got a problem? Journal. Need a solution? Journal. Want to say what you’re thinking without upsetting someone? Journal (and then don’t give the letter to them). Want to raise your vibration? Journal. Need to work on your goal setting? Journal. Don’t know what to write? Make a gratitude list and Journal! Do you see what I mean?
