It’s a new month and as it begins, I am inspired by the above quote. I have found that when I follow this sage advice, my life grows infinitely more blessed.
We live in a changing world, especially this year 2020. So many people have found themselves in uncharted waters and needing help. I am here to help you.
Because as we lift others up, we help ourselves. When we give from the heart, our own heart expands. When we listen with a kind heart, the answer arrives. When we can quietly be with someone else without the trappings of ego, we engage with soulful connections.
Sometimes we just need a friend who doesn’t judge, who doesn’t scold, who doesn’t offer pat advice. Sometimes we just need a kind listener to be with us as we process the situation we find ourselves in so that we can find the answer.
My life experiences are varied and often I’ve wondered why I have endured so much heartache. But then that inner knowing answers – so I can help others because I’ve walked a similar path and I’m still here.
