Awakening From The Slumber

It’s super windy outside today. To me if feels as if the blustery winds are blowing away the slumber that we’ve been living in for so long with the pandemic and its subsequent isolating quarantine. It’s not even near Springtime, but I’m feeling a touch more awakened today. Perhaps the winds of change are here to help us!

There’s an energy today for whatever reason that reminds me of how we first see the crocus push up from the ground through the frozen earth before Spring. A gentle awakening and remembrance of who we are. A reminder of how we’ve changed, what we’ve lost and the wisdom we’ve won through the experiences we’ve endured.

Discovery and that ignition of wanting more brings a Joyful Change to our lives when we allow it to unfold. Instead of fighting change, we surrender to what is in order to embrace what can be and allow it all to flourish, and thus to blossom into an even deeper soul level connection with ourselves, our loved ones and the world around us.

I am not sure if this is a universal rising of awareness or if it’s just certain people who are feeling this initiative to break through the limits we’ve allowed ourselves to be confined to mentally. But this is it for me. An awakening as such to move forward in our capacity to learn, to grow and to be all who we are meant to be.

If you’re feeling similarly, please reach out because I have always agreed with that adage of “the more, the merrier” even in this virtual world. I have been wanting to begin a group and call it “Ohana” (as in family) which would be a community of people who choose to lift ourselves up, clear away the debris and blossom in order to help others along the way.

If this is something that resonates with you, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
