Realizing how empowered we are is sometimes difficult. I understand this as I felt that way for a long time. But with much healing and spiritual work as well as practical work, I’ve been able to find myself again. I want this for you too if you’re not feeling it yet!
We’ve been feeling triggered a bit lately, but now it’s time for forgiveness – for ourselves and others. Allowing what is to come to the surface will help in the healing of old wounds that are no longer part of this time in our lives. To release and to create are key here.
