I have a plaque given to me by a friend which is near the entrance to my home which has many quotes from Mother Teresa. Her wisdom about life, caring and people inspires me.
To me, life is about making a positive difference in my life and in the lives of all of those amazing people with whom I connect. Such like the ripple effect! Role modeling, sharing, helping, encouraging and inspiring people raises my joy level astronomically! Kindness begets kindness. You’ve all probably heard the story of the person in line who when they get up to the counter finds that the person ahead of them paid for their order and in return has asked that they pass it along? Well, that’s how I feel with blogging. Perhaps something I write about or say will motivate you or resonate with you and you will find yourself helping someone else to raise their energetic vibration or to change their mindset or perhaps even begin to believe in themselves. Do you know what I mean?
So take this quote to free write about how you remember the times you were the giver or receiver of the ripple effect. Dig deeply and feel how it felt. Turn the situation over in your mind, seeing it from all angles as if it were a crystal in your hand catching the light like a kaleidoscope. If it is a negative memory, can you see what you learned from it, how it changed you and release it? If it is a positive memory, can you feel that enthusiastic heart pump of positivity and write about it – maybe even planning something to do similarly?
