The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but building the new.

Making a Joyful Change is exciting and exhilarating when we focus on building the new, exploring new ideas and creating what we want in our lives. You can simply open a new chapter and begin to write for yourself when you allow your life path to change as needed. There is a process that we invite into our thinking that allows us to focus on the new without tampering with what we didn’t like in the old.

Stretching our creativity muscles into unknown territory may feel intimidating to some, but many of us find a clean slate on which to build a new life on our own terms as exhilarating! To me, it’s a change of mindset to ignite passion that we may not even have known we had. While some find it easier to make the Joyful Change in one fell swoop, I am more inclined to take each step in increments in order to allow for fluctuations that I may not have been aware of before I began. Sure, I have the new goal in mind, but I like to allow for changes along the way. Because you never know when an adjacent window or door may open with an opportunity that you hadn’t seen available.

Is there something that you’ve been pondering for awhile that you want to change up or mix up in your life? Would you like to try something new for a Joyful Change? Well, that’s your free-writing journal entry! Allow the feelings to flow on the subject. How would it feel for you to have this Joyful Change come to fruition? What would you have to do in order to make it come true? Are you ready to try? Allow the words to flow from your all knowing heart-center and see what you find. I am excited to hear all about your plans!

Happy September!
