Summer said in shades of blue, “Let me be young a few days more.”
“Walk forward,” Autumn whispered. “There’s a colorful horizon to explore.”
What’s on your horizon this week? We’ve made it to Wednesday so that’s good! I love exploring, don’t you? Connecting with new people, listening to them, helping them to process life’s challenges in order to find peace.
It’s a warmish day here for Autumn and I’m loving these last vestiges of warmth before the winter weather arrives. It’s as if we’ve been given a small reprieve, a last taste of summer before the winds begin to pick up and the temperatures drop. What a lovely gift from Mother Nature! The trees have been turning and the colors are vibrant which I love to see! How is it by you?
My friends, those women who are of a certain age, and I have been talking lately about our youth and how that now that we are in that 50’s range, we have a different outlook on life. We are finding that by embracing who we are at this age, with all of the life experiences we’ve endured, we are able to see more clearly what we want to do with our next chapters. We’re also finding that we want to reach out and help those who are younger because role modeling is important.
I often write of ‘holding your hand’ and helping people because it has helped me immensely in the past. When you have someone on this leg of the journey with you, supporting you, inspiring you, it makes a huge difference in your life. What I want for you (and for all of us) is to Make Way For The Good and embrace all that is here for us with gratitude! So here’s your inspiration for the day…
“There’s a colorful horizon to explore” so come with me, hold my hand and let’s enjoy!
