Hello December!

Welcome to the last month of the year – December 2021! This year has been full of ups and downs for many of us and as the year runs down, I think it’s time to take inventory. What do I mean by that? Well, I think it’s similar to yesterday’s post in that we see how far we’ve come this year and begin to plan our 2022.

I know this is a month full of festivities and I am definitely someone who adores the holidays so this first week for me (and maybe for you?) can be a really productive one because as the weeks go by, there will be more celebrations and less time for work – inner work that is!

Inner work is personal development and looking at life clearly. Getting into the observer mode to really dig into what is working and what needs improvement in our daily routine and how our life is expanding. What direction is it that we want to go in and to what direction are we headed are important questions to ask yourself. If they’re similar, then we may only need minor adjustments. But if they’re polar opposites, then my friends, we have some work to do.

But doing this work doesn’t have to be a dreaded task if we choose to look at it with the knowing that we are making a JOYFUL CHANGE! You know I love that phrase because it makes choices and changes less scary and allows people to look at changing up pieces of their life in a more enthusiastic manner. Mindset is always a huge help when it comes to life. Haven’t you ever noticed?

So today, just relax and allow yourself some free writing about 2021 and if you’re ready, begin to delve into what you want in 2022.
