I’m a glass 1/2 full thinker. Well, I was until I got to my 50’s and realized that I’m grateful for the glass and I can refill it so it doesn’t matter if it’s 1/2 full or not because I can refill at will! It’s a tiny twist that serves me. How about you?
It was a Joyful Change moment for me. That ‘a-ha’ when I realized that if anything were to change, it would have to start with me, with my thinking, and I was the only one who could change it. So I did! I find it fascinating that at times in life we feel so powerless and yet, here we are with so much inner strength that we forget. That’s when it’s helpful to find someone to help empower you again!
Take a few minutes today to sit quietly and think about your life now and what parts (if any) you’d like Joyfully Changed. Imagine for a few moments that you are living that Joyful Change. Feel the Joy – from your head to your toes. Let your imagination be limitless and walk down that new path. When we continue to see how our lives can be different, we imprint on my minds. It’s not about how we are going to change them, but simply that what goodness we invite into our lives continues to grow unseen until it blossoms!
