I Choose To Believe

I like that Louise Hay makes it so easy to change our mindsets. You’ve always had a choice in how you believed. Do you question that? Because that’s our first falsehood to debunk if you do.

The power is yours. Your mind and thoughts are yours alone. Sure, people, experiences and outside factors can influence, but you are in charge. You are in control of your thoughts and mindset. It’s a big responsibility when you think about it. It’s also a fabulous freedom that you can change your thoughts on your own (or with a bit of my help)!

One of Dr. Wayne Dyer’s quotes that I enjoy is:

When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

Let that sink in for a moment. Because those of you who are scoffing at this easy way to change our mindsets by ‘saying’ an affirmation will probably be poo poo-ing (is that a word?) this post which is fine. You do you, my friend.

But for those who are just a little intrigued…perhaps hesitant and cautious, but willing to listen…here it is: I choose to believe it is easy to change a thought or a pattern.

What you believe, comes true.
