The very first question I ask is “What do you want to change?” because that’s the crux of it really. We can talk for hours about what’s going on in your life, but when we zero in on what you want to change, well then, that’s a whole different story.
Because most people’s first reaction to change is fearfulness, not enthusiasm. I’ll admit that change can sometimes shake me too. Even when things weren’t good in my life, I feared change. I felt like even though I wanted things to change, I didn’t know HOW to make them change without giving up what I knew already. What I was already uncomfortable with felt better (in my mind) than the uncertainty of the future that scared me to death. Even writing that to you feels strange to admit and yet, it’s true. Have you ever felt that way?
You want change, but you’re afraid of it. Because what if the results aren’t what you want or how you need them to be? What if it’s too hard to change? How will life look while you’re changing? Is it too hard to do? What if? How? Why?
All stressors of uncertainty come to the forefront when we think about changing things up. Be it diet, financial, relationships…change can feel scary. And yet, change can be enthusiastically empowering and motivational, especially when a scrap of success is felt. All we sometimes need is a little bit of positivity when dealing with change and that makes all the difference in the world.
It’s about attitude and commitment to be honest with you. Anyone can change. Few people do because they’re not driven. They’re not motivated or inspired. They need a hand to hold and some guidance when things get tough. That’s where I come in.
That’s where the JOYFUL CHANGE empowering hand holding arrives like the calvary! Connections abound when we allow them to develop. When we’re on the right track, in the flow of divinity, from actions emerge knowledge, experience and wisdom! And of course, we can’t forget….A JOYFUL CHANGE!
So what are you waiting for? What do you want to change?
