Did you know we had a full moon last night? Were you able to see it? It was magnificent as it rose through the trees where I live. Are you someone who enjoys sky watching? I spend time outside everyday, even if it’s only for a few minutes in the morning and at night. I find that being in nature soothes me and opens pathways to healing.
During this Wesak Moon time, I have found that my energy has fluctuated between feeling dizzy and nauseous to feeling more intuitive and calm. While I find that the seesaw effect has been tiring, I have been allowing what is to be and to roll with the tides.
As I have mentioned in prior posts, there are memories that continue to arise to be cleared. Many of my friends and clients have been having similar issues. While some people may not want to revisit what is coming up, the time is now to clear those old wounds and be healed. It’s not easy to do this alone so I am offering my hand to hold while we walk this path to a Joyful Change.
Joyful Change is a rebirth of sorts, a realignment to embrace where we are in the present moment. Memories and past hurts/traumas keep us stagnant and revisiting the wounds that reopen when we are triggered. We can perseverate over the past and the people involved with situations that we deemed unfair. We can stay in a place of unforgiveness which limits our ability to raise our vibrations and to enjoy our lives. Or we can surrender to the process and come out of it healed. It is a choice as always to embrace the higher vibration which yearns to be a part of us or we can refuse to awaken to its empowerment.
I choose Joyful Change! How about you?
