New Taurus Moon

This new moon brings all different aspects of enhancing our abilities to use vision boards and the like to get down to business of what we really want in our lives. It’s a time of indulging in limitless possibilities and planning for long-term goals all while keeping an eye out for unexpected windows of opportunity.

Sounds exciting doesn’t it? But how do we navigate these next few weeks? Because for some, it is overwhelming and daunting to be set up to limitlessness because we don’t know what it is that we really want. We’ve never sat down to think about it. Usually it’s just ‘pie in the sky’ wishes that are fleeting because we don’t feel like they can be real. Does that feel familiar to you? I know it did to me.

So what can we do about it? Well, as a Life Purpose Coach, I can help you with certain exercises as well as planning for what it is you’d like in your life. Together we can delve into what you enjoy, what inspires you and what limits your willingness to step out of your comfort zone when there’s a full life just waiting for you that’s abundant with possibilities.

Here’s an exercise for you. Go outside. Open your arms and breathe. Be open to the messages that your inner self is urging you to hear. Witness how your body feels. Center yourself and relax into the moment. Quiet the mind and simply notice what you hear. Are the birds singing? Is there silence in the darkness of the night? Do you hear construction or cars whizzing by? Go deeper until you can hear the buzz of nature and the peace that it brings.

Were you able to do it? Or were there too many distractions? You can try this simple exercise when you’re alone in your home as well if you can’t get outside safely or in a quiet place. Tell me, what did you hear? Did your inner voice say anything to you?
