September 14

Rumi’s quotes often inspire me and this one is no exception! Read this one twice slowly and allow its magic to seep into you.

Oftentimes we feel inspired to help everyone and to change the world by sharing what we know, what we’ve learned and how it’s helped us in our life’s journey. I am doing this as well with the intent to help you by sharing the quotes and what I’m saying here. I was inspired to call the blog Joyful Change because I found a way to change myself that worked for me and helped me. I wanted to share it so that if it resonated with you, you could do as you wish with it – tweaking it with what works for your life journey or perhaps finding some inspiration in which to launch your own Joyful Change. We are responsible for our own life journey only. Even as parents, caregivers and friends, we can only aid in healing, but we are not in control. We can only control ourselves and change our ways of thinking. You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink – was something my Mom often said to me and I agree. I can show you what has worked for me, but it ultimately up to you to see what works for you. I am here to help in any way you may need, so please feel free to reach out.

As each of us learn, grow and heal, we raise the vibrations of the world. This is where our Ohana (community) is a safe place to be. If you’re interested in being a part of our Ohana, please reach out!

Happy September!

Joyful Change is embracing the journey to health and wellness of mind, body and spirit. Sometimes we need a little hand holding and support as we process life school. I am here to help you as a Companion and Mentor.
