When we create peace and harmony and balance in our minds, we will find it in our lives.Louise Hay
A mindset change is so helpful in life’s uncertain circumstances. As with yesterday’s post, sometimes it is as simple as a word change that can help us to see differently, to move on and beyond our limited belief system from childhood. Processing to uncover the blocks helps us to see the bigger picture and to gain a new perspective on what we think we know.
So to create peace, harmony and balance in our lives, we must begin to find it in our minds by centering ourselves. Whether it is time spent outside in nature or being mindful while going about our daily routines or even taking a few precious moments during the day to grow stillness; each piece brings us more peace in our lives.
With the hectic lives we’ve built, with demands beyond compare, it may be difficult for you to find those precious quiet moments, but they are essential to your inner peace. To be in the moment, noticing our breath and surroundings with love in our hearts is healing. If you need to ‘schedule’ these times into your day, please do. It will help you immensely.
Finding The Presents of Presence is a daily practice that we build moment by moment, day by day. It is as easy as being still and clearing your mind for a few moments. You can meditate. Do yoga. Pray. Or even be an active listener when someone wants to share the moment with you. There is no big fanfare to it. These are simple acts that reaps benefits beyond compare, especially when another soul wants to speak with you for connections are so beneficial to our lives.
Put away the chaos, the social media, and the distractions that have come to be a part of our everyday routines and focus in our yourself, your loved ones, and the beautiful world around you. We need balance in our lives. Each part of our lives has its own time. Let me know what you find in there. I can’t wait to hear from you!
