Perfect, Whole and Complete

“In the infinity of life where I am,

All is perfect, whole and complete,

I no longer choose to believe in old limitations and lack,

I now choose to begin to see myself

As the Universe sees me — perfect, whole, and complete.”

Louise Hay

Do you use affirmations? Perhaps it’s time to make a Joyful Change in your life and begin today! I really like this one and so if you’re not using them already, this is a good one to begin with today!

Affirmations are phrases that help our subconscious mind to expand beyond limiting beliefs. It is the source of all that is divinely arranged, but many times our human experience eschews the process because we have forgotten. It is important to note that affirmations must be in the present tense and not in the future. Repeating them with positivity helps as well to encourage the mind, body, soul to believe what we are saying is true.

The phrase “I want” is actually based on the future (because we don’t presently have it) so affirmations do not begin with these two words. In fact, I would prefer the affirmation above to exclude “I no longer choose to believe in old limitations and lack” because I don’t feel it’s necessary. But I wanted to include it in case you haven’t had any experience with affirmations (so you can see how the ‘now’ and ‘presently’ vocabulary is used).

We speak positively and presently with affirmations. Do you want to try to make your own?

My suggestion is to write this one down for yourself or you can print the post here and read it daily, twice if you can or even more often. For the more times we speak our affirmations, with feeling, the better they work.

So take a deep breath and read, with mindfulness, the affirmation above and believe it within your body, mind and soul.
