
Good morning! I want you to stop for a moment and think about this question: When was the last time you laughed? I know it sounds like a funny question (lame pun intended), but seriously, can you remember the last time you laughed? I mean, really laughed. Belly laughed? Tears sprouting from your eyes in laughter laughed…
Because laughter is a good cure all. You can’t be sad if you’re laughing. Laughter releases endorphins which in turn make you feel better! Even the Mayo Clinic agrees with me. Just check their research out here!
So here’s your job for the week. If you choose to take me up on my homework for you….LAUGH! Laugh once a day…note when you laugh and what makes you laugh. Is it funny animal videos? Is it cartoons? Is it hearing knock knock jokes from a kid? Is it doing something silly? Is it playing with a pet? Whatever it is, let’s get some laughter in your routine! Please! It’s a simple feel good that helps many of your systems!
