A Simple Recipe For Better Health

I’m all about things that are simple and easy to do. For me, I don’t need any more complications in my life so easy peasy is the way I roll! Do you feel that way too?

You don’t have to change up what you’re already doing if you like it. You can simply add my special ingredients to your routine! But if you are looking for a change, here it is!

Here’s my recipe for better health in three words: CLEANSE – RESTORE – PROTECT

Let me break it down for you.

CLEANSE: Because you have to take out the toxins to make way for the good!

RESTORE: To put the good back in your body to increase your health!

PROTECT: To keep your healthy body going!

Morning Recipe:

I take DAILY DETOX PLUS – a dropperful in my cold coffee (you can use any cold beverage).

I take RESTORE – A dropperful in a small glass of water (or any cold beverage).

CBD GUMMIES: Taken as needed – usually one gummie a day.

Evening Recipe:

DAILY DETOX PLUS – A dropperful in a small glass of water, around dinnertime.

Before Bed:

DREAM: A dropperful under my tongue about an hour before bedtime (as needed).

OR

CBD TINCTURE: A dropperful under my tongue before bed if I’m already sleepy.

OR

CBD GUMMIE: A gummie if I’m craving something sweet with my CBD.

It’s that simple! The best part is I’m feeling more energized and better everyday!
