Build A Strong Mindset

I have found over the years that building a strong mindset, (not one that is closed, but open), helps to unite the mind, body and soul to be healthier. I know that when I began to delve more into personal development, there was a positive shift that happened in my life. A positive shift which leveled up mind, body and soul to heal me.

The continuation of learning, growing and processing helps to keep us young. Learning new skills, being active in body and mind, and believing in a higher power ignites the empowerment within us. It strengthens us in all different ways that are helpful for longevity and positivity.

I take time to read, to pray and to just be in the moment everyday. A little exercise whether it be walking or even dancing to a favorite song can be a soothing present moment to lift our spirits, to notice the beauty nature show around us and to reconnect within ourselves. Communicating with others of similar mindsets helps immensely too. A good old-fashioned talk can lift our spirits and with sharing ideas, we help each other to rise.

Philosophers, energetic healers, and even regular people all have something wise to share. I have found inspiration from all these amazing sources, even animals. By opening our minds and hearts to the world around us, we can explore and dig into what our life’s meaning is and heal ourselves in ways we never knew possible.

When the body, mind and soul are in alignment, our health improves. While I feel medical help can be necessary, healing is also aided when we are presently at peace without fear, angst or intolerable perseverating on situations not within our control. Anxiety delays healing so if this is your issue, let’s get to the source of it so that we can increase your power within’s ability to heal you in whatever is ailing you.

Disease is dis-ease in the body as Louise Hay wrote in her book You Can Heal Your Life. Employing positive affirmations, a positive mindset and being present makes a huge impact when we develop these in our daily lives.

What are your favorite go-to’s when it comes to personal development? Are you a reader? A podcast watcher? Do you write in your journal? Do you listen to audio-books? I’d love to know! Please share!
