World Mental Health Day

It’s ok to ask for help. I wonder how many people may need to have that told to them in order to pursue help? Because many of us have been led to believe that asking for help makes us vulnerable and weak instead of being strong and understanding that when we need help, it is available and helpful?

Sometimes you just need a friend to help you to process a situation, a relationship, a moment in time that feels uncomfortable to you. Sometimes there’s more, but the only way to find out is to begin again. To begin to search for answers to the questions you’ve been asking. To look for help and to accept it when it’s offered. To know the difference between them.

I wish you peace. I want for you to feel understood and unconditionally loved. My hope for you is to feel comfortable being your best authentic self and to shine like that full Harvest moon up in the sky – or like Jupiter that is next to it!

If you need a friend. If you need help. If you yearn for a kind listener. I am here for you. Reach out. You are not alone…
